  • We're happy to offer you a 15-day preview at no cost, but there is a cost to us to provide you with this opportunity.

    As part of this 15-day trial, you'll receive our email marketing, direct mailing system, marketing automation and more. With your credit card on file, you can automatically become a subscription member after 15 days with no disruption to your service. Should you become a subscriber, we'll increase your limits to help you attract more new clients than you thought possible.
• I am not a United States resident. What pricing options do I have?

  • Our services are currently priced and sold in US dollars. That means irrespective of your country of residency, we will charge a U.S. dollar amount to your credit card.
• Can you create a custom template for me?

• I have a siteplan/floorplan/stacking plan that needs to be done again. Can you help with that?

• Can you create the presentations on Newplans.com on my behalf?

  • Newplans.com has a very easy step process that makes presentation creation easy and fast. However, we do understand that sometimes you may just be too busy. For this reason, we offer Virtual Assistant services. Please get in touch with our Marketing Services Executive to know more.
• What’s a ‘Promo-Code’ and how do I get one?

  • If you are a new customer, a promotional code entitles you to a discount of 5% when you sign up. You will receive the promotional code from us when one of our existing customers provide us your referral.

• What modes of payment do you accept?

  • As of now, we’re only accepting Credit Cards. We intend to start accepting other secure payment modes such as PayPal, soon.
• How long will my presentation stay active once I publish/activate it?

  • Your presentation and its links will stay active for a minimum time frame of a year or as long as your account is active, whichever is longer.
• How many modifications are allowed free of charge once I publish/activate a presentation?

  • As long as your account is active, you can make as many modifications as you wish, free of charge.
